Welcome to Wink. We strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to make an exchange, we're here to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
1. Exchange Only, No Refund: At Wink, we want you to love your purchases. That's why we offer exchanges for all items except for Intimate Wear and Swim wear. We believe in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
We understand that finding the perfect fit and style is essential, so feel free to explore our collection and exchange your item for something that suits you better.
2. Exchange Intimation: Should you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within
10 days (Applicable for Nightwear)
from the receiving date of your products.
Please note that Swimwear (All Types) and Intimate wear (Includes Doll Nighty only) are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene purposes.
We want to ensure that you have ample time to make your decision and find the perfect replacement.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached/intact. (For maintaining hygiene standards)
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or issue store credit which will be valid for 13 months. The same will be mailed over to you on your fore-mentioned mail id.
- Shipping Fee paid at the time of purchase or exchange initiation will not be included in the part of store credit.
- Any item being exchanged on the basis of colour mismatch will not be entertained as the colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
How to Initiate an Exchange?
Step 1: Email us at winksleepwearshop@gmail.com mentioning the following items:
- Your order number,
- Email ID and contact number,
- Reason for exchange of product &
- Images of the product in case there is any defect or physical damage.
- Subject Line should state as follows > Order Number
Our dedicated team will review your case and approve or decline the exchange intimation within 24 to 48 hours. For any further information if required, our team will contact you on the number (mentioned over mail). Approval or rejection status will be sent over the mail.
Step 2: Once your exchange intimation has been approved, place the items in the delivery box along with the original invoice. We recommend ensuring that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Wink will not be held liable for any items lost during the transit.
Courier the package to us at the following address

*Please note that the shipping fee for initiating the exchange will be borne by the customer.
Step 3: Once you've sent the package, kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at winksleepwearshop@gmail.com. This allows us to track your return efficiently and process your exchange promptly.
Step 4: Once we receive the product(s), they will undergo the QC phase (Quality Check) where they will be further approved or rejected basis points being met under "Conditions for exchange".
Items approved will be shipped back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Items rejected will be notified to you over mail and same would also be delivered back to you.
*Shipping fee being incurred at the time of sending your goods back to you (once the alternative has been chosen) will be borne by us.
